The Health & Wellbeing events in 2019 focussed on:

These areas were explored with talks from a number of speakers and audience participation.
A number of local groups, charities and organisations who offer support in these areas, were also invited to attend the events. They had stalls around the room which allowed attendees to discuss their individual needs with them on a one to one basis.
